All submitted queries compiled via our website forms are packed into structured formatting and sent directly over end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp communication channels to our coordinators. We use this data solely to:
- Formulate customized itinerary proposals across Assam, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh.
- Coordinate vehicle reservations with local driver unions.
- Secure homestead rooms and activity slots directly with community councils.
3. Data Retention & Safeguards
We do not run third-party advertising tracking tools or sell customer profiles to database brokers. Data is retained only as long as necessary to complete travel logistics, invoice tours, and comply with local security laws governing remote states in Northeast India (e.g. permit checks).
4. Payment Security
We do not request or store credit card numbers online. All payments, deposits, and advance bookings are processed via direct bank transfers, official UPI interfaces, or secure payment links communicated directly by our representatives.
