Cancellation Policy
Refund brackets, date change timelines, and seasonal weather force majeure guidelines.

1. Advance Payments & Booking Security
To secure dedicated vehicles, driver scheduling, and rooms at local community homestays (which have very limited capacity), an advance deposit is required. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of this advance.
2. Cancellation Brackets & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, the refund amount will be determined by the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date. The following cancellation fees apply:

3. Date Alteration Guidelines
We understand that plans can change. You can request a date change up to 20 days prior to your trip. Date changes are subject to vehicle and homestay availability in the target season. Any increase in pricing due to seasonal differences (e.g. holiday peaks) will be passed to you.
4. Weather & Force Majeure Loops
Northeast India experiences seasonal climate blocks (e.g. road blocks at Sela Pass due to snow, or flash floods in Cherrapunjee during intense monsoons). If government authorities block access to your target sector:
- No cancellation penalty is charged if we have to suspend the loop.
- We will issue travel credits equivalent to the advance deposit, valid for 1 year from the original travel date.
- Alternatively, we will re-route the trip loop to open sectors (e.g. from Arunachal to Assam Valley) and adjust the price differences contextually.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Once approved, refund transactions are processed via bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days. We will email you the transaction receipt as soon as the transfer is made.
